Processing Time: All pieces are handcrafted to order. Please allow 15–20 business days for your order to be processed, crafted, and prepared for shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. Shipping rates and availability are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary based on your location and the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.
